Firmware could not be downloaded from the NETGEAR server
Hello,
I got an email saying that there's a new Firmware update available.
But when I try to update it (I'm following all the steps mentioned in the How To video) - I get the following error message:
"Firmware could not be downloaded from the NETGEAR server. Please check your Internet connection"
What do I do?

You can go in and do a manual update. I'll link to your specific devices support page. it has the firmware you can download and the release notes walk you through the update process. Sometimes the firmware doesn't get loaded to the automatic update page right away. So you can either wait until it does or manually update. If you manually update I recommend doing it over a hardwired connection.
