Firmware update doesn't work WN3000RP

Hi, I am trying to update my WN3000RP (Version 1) but unfortunately it doesn't work. I am Firmware verson V1.0.0.16_1.0.20 and I would like to put this version WN3000RP-V1.0.2.64_1.1.86.chk the update is starting but after 3 bars, I got an message:

"Firmware upgrade failed. Please check your file." I downloaded the file from Netgear support page.

So what can I do?

I already try a hard reset.

Hi Alcofrybas62,

Welcome to the community!

1. Please make sure of the version number of the extender (found on the UI or device itself).

2. The firmware download page for the version 1 does not list V1.0.0.16 as one of its' previous firmware.
