Genie app for iPad can’t connects to EX7000
Hi,
using Genie app on iPad I can’t connect to my EX7000.
After connecting the iPad to the WiFi generated by the EX7000 I open the app and I am prompted to enter the password however the username is fixed to “admin”.
I tried to use “password” but it doesn’t work, same goes using the password I chose when I configured the EX7000 using the browser on my MacBook Pro (www.mywifiext.ne).
I tried to reset the extender and reinstall the app, nothing.
any ideas?
