Having problems with printer talking to laptop. Have Nighthawk x6
Hello everyone. To preface this post I am not technical at all so please bear with me.
I bought a Nighthawk x6 AC3200 in 2015 that's connected to my ATT router in my condo. I use the nighthawk because we used to live in a house that had horrible wifi issues and now use it in our condo.
I tried to change the wifi on the router (my friend tried to help me) but that was a disaster so now I'm back to the drawing board in terms of trying to fix my printer so it will print. It is not able to.
My printer is connected to the nighthawk and has good wifi signal (76%). My laptop (windows 10) is also connected to the nighthawk but for some reason the printer and laptop are not talking to each other. Could there be a firewall issue with the nighthawk?
Also, I know my warranty is expired but is there a place where I can pay to talk to someone at netgear just in case?
