Hi! I Tryied calling Netgear customer service, but gave up after waiting 20 minutes listening to potato music so i decided i maybe try the netgear community, i couldt find any similiar problem that i have with my EX6120, so i am using the extender to extend the home network, i've placed it so it have good signal (Green) and everything seemed fine after the setup/installation, Only began having an issue when starting to use it, when i connected for the first time it worked maybe 5 minutes and suddenly the Wifi from the extender disappears, then comes back short after, my phone wont connect back automaticly because it says Approval Failed and i have to forget the network and connect again. When finally back on the wifi it only goes a minute and it happens again and continues so on like this all the time, i tryied using it with my Playtstation, it happens the same thing just the playstation connects automaticly, Sometimes on the Phone it would bug out or something while connect back automaticly and i have to forget it again. I dont understand why the Wifi from the extender should be doing this, when i am connected everything works like a dream until the Wifi shuts off, even when on the mywifiext.net it still shuts off the transmitting wifi and i have to reconnect again to use the control board on the Extender. Its nothing wrong with the Reciving end , somehow the Wifi is joking on me, i returned it the first time because i thought it was broken and got another one and it is doing the same thing ;(
