There isn't a direct line to contact support. You have to go to the top and click "mynetgear". Register your account and then your device. You can then go through that route to contact support for your free 90 days of support with new products.

It sounds like you're trying to install an ex6150?
this support site has your installation guide, a manual, and the firmware. keep in mind there are different versions (look at the model on the back of it. if it has v2 after the model number, select that from the drop down menu on the support page)
