How do I switch my existing 7500 extender to a new wifi
We moved to a new wifi after several years, and now need to move the extender. I have watched the nighthawk videos; I have tried to press WPS for extender and wifi router; I have tried the nighthawk install; I have done a factory reset. none work, as the Extender only shows as a Wifi connection with the old router’s name. how do i start again?
Thanks

Factory reset the extender and set it up using the installation assistant.
To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on. Many don't push it long enough.
Here's a video of how to use the assistant.

What router are you connecting it to?
Is it a new router? Did you reset your currentl one?
