When the power light is lit up amber, it usually indicates a boot issue/corruption issue. Storms are great at causing this.
You can try recovering it with tftp or nmrpflash.

just make sure you enable tftp

and if that doesn't work, you can try using nmrpflash

If that doesn't work, you might be SOL and if you have other damage to the home, turn it in to home owners as the power surges might have caused issues
