Hi there , first off I couldn't find where to put this so my apologies
Now I have a netgear dgnd3700v2 it was all working fine then one day it just stopped , I reset the device and proceeded with the setup wizard and put in my ISP username and password and got the following " incorrect ISP username or password " So I called my ISP and confirmed with them that it was correct which it was then I tried to input it again and got the same message so I called them again and asked if my connection was active , they said everything is up and running on there end . So I proceeded to manually input my settings with pppoe and connection status "error" so I switched to pppoa and got connection status "good" so it's saying it is connected to the Internet and the status is good. BUT I tried to open a web page to no success I have tried opening pages both wireless and wired with both not working I have tried everything and can still not access the Internet but my router is saying I'm connected!!! Please help
Hi, Just to be sure, do you know the difference between http:// and https:// ? Can you ping your ISP or outside world like www.yahoo.com? And cloning mac on your router set up?
