I need to reset my EX 7000 range extender and then set it up on a new network. How is this done?
Hello,
I recently had to reconfigure my home network and remove the old network and replace it with a new one.
Do I need to completely factory reset my EX 7000 Extender in order to install it on the new network?
If so, once I've factory reset it, how do I install it onto my new network even though it's not a new extender and has already been registered with netgear?
I'd appreciate any help on this, thanks in advance.

You don't need to factory reset to reinstall it but it tends to go smoother.
to reset, simply push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its fully powered on.
then follow the install guide found here: https://www.netgear.com/support/product/EX7000.aspx
