Initial setup Issue

2700 extender interface: Setup asks to create account with an email address, create password and two question/answers.

Next screen asks for a username and password. Neither the email address/password from the previous screen nor admin/password works. How do I proceed?

1. Please try using another browser and/or device (Android, iOS, PC).

2. Have you tried resetting the extender?

Hi Dexter,

Have tried with MacOS Firefox and IOS Safari. Same result. Also retried after reset of the extender.

BTW, we had a previous failure to connect via WPS. Now have security concerns re: WPS protocol, so wish to stay with browser interface and link with WPA2.

I did read your message and replied same day. Reply was essentially that I had already done those things and still had the problem.
