Installation problem

Hi All,

I have a problem with connecting extender with home wifi.

I followed instructions for WPS connection but WPS light on extender never goes solid green, it blinks few time and go off.

When I tried connection through web browser the links included within Netgear website do not work.

I can see on my wifi list wifiname_2GEXT and wifiname_5GEXT but when I try to connect on them with my original Wifi password it doesnt allow me.

Anyone has any suggestion how to fix this pleaseeeee.

Factory reset the extender. 

push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on. 

Then hardwire a pc/laptop into the extender and attempt setup. disable wifi on the pc/laptop to ensure it doesn't default back to the wireless connection during setup.
