I have a problem with my AC750 extender. My extender is working fine with all my devices (phone, ipad) however, my laptop can't connect to internet. It can connect to extender, but when it does I get "no internet access" error. On the other hand, laptop can connect to the router wi-fi directly and access internet. So I have a specific problem with my laptop and extender only.
From my laptop I can connect to extender setup through 192.168.1.250, so laptop can connect to extender for sure. It's just not going through.
Made a hard reset and set the extender up from zero but it didn't work. IP is set to dynamic. Firmware is the latest.
I also would like to address that this is a new problem. Until today I had no issues between my laptop and wifi. No updates are done on the windows 10. Drivers are latest.

By firmware I meant Netgear Genie. I didn't use any other 3rd party programs. It's the extenders own setup, and we set it up with installation assistant (smart setup), not manual wps. It is connected to a Linkem router (it's the name of the internet company and their router)
We bought the extender about a week ago. Because of work I was connected, and using the internet (through extender) a big part of the day, and it worked fine until now. So we can't figure out what caused the problem.

What actual linksys modem is it? (model helps)
If its a new device, you should still have the option of free support.
To get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top. Register an account (or login) and then the device. From there you can start the support process. Keep in mind that its only free for the first 90 days.

It's not Linksys. The name of the telcom/internet company is Linkem, and their name is on router. I checked model and it says WVRTM-130ACN. I googled the model and a brand called Gemtek came up.
Yes it's a new device, have it for only 1 week. I'll try to contact support 🙂
