MODEL N300 WN3000RPv3 not extending anything PISSED OFF

Ok so I just bought a WN3000RPv3 WiFi extender and I set it up and all that and I connect on my mobile device and do a speed test and it gives me 1mb / sec download and 1mb/ sec upload which is VERY bad. I call customer support and then they just hang up on me after being placed on waiting list and telling my serial number NUMEROUS times. Plus when I try to connect the extender on my pc it just says “Can’t connect to this network”. I am PISSED , I spent all day going to Best Buy and buying to get a program that does extend ANYTHING. 

Or am i doing anything wrong ? Help !

Hi @BrianThai,

                        Check for firmware upgrade if any and modify wireless channel on router to see if that resolve your issue.
