MR1100 mobile broadband disconnected

My wifi is connected but I do not have internect connection. On the device it says your data connection is disconnected. My moble router is with at&t.It also tells me that my cellure data is off when I go on the mobil app but the data is turned on when I go on to the settings under network. Can anyone please help?
