Model Ex6000. Unable to access 5.8mhz after Win10 Upgrade
After upgrading to win 10 Anniversary upgrade. I am unable to access 5.8mhz band. I rolled back to previous version and could access the 5.8mhz band. Foolishly I have upgraded again and once again I am unable to use 5.8mhz. Anyone any suggestion how I may get the 5.8mhz band. Is the fault windows?. They say the fault lies with the ex6000 software. Is this so? or any ideas how to receive both bands.

Hello chad13
Make sure you have the latest drivers for your wireless on your PC. you could also try to change the wireless channel on your routers 5ghz network.

Thank you for your assistance. I have tried the updating of drivers. I have tried update the router. It will only let me have one or the bands. How I managed to get two bands previously I do not understand.

Hello chad13
Have you checked with any other device like a phone to see if the 5Ghz network is broadcasting?
