My AC1750 Dual Band WiFI Mesh Extender will not bring up a web page even when all lights show green

What extender is it? AC1750 is a speed. 

What router is it connected to? 

What method of setup did you use? wps or the installation wizard?

NETGEAR Model number EX6250

Router is ARRIS DG2460

Used WPS

Try factory resetting the EX6250. 

Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on. the lights should change/flash when held long enough.

then install using the installation assistant. 

what happens after following that? 

also, keep in mind the EX6250 is a mesh extender. meaning in default setup is uses the same ssid as the router. If there's a different ssid showing up, it might not be yours. It might be a different device simply being picked up.
