My EX7500 cannot be reset.
My EX7500 range extender stopped working. It would not connect to my router and the extender would not let devices connect to it. I tried to reset the extender by pressing the reset button for 7 seconds as suggested, but nothing happens. The power LED remains blue and just keeps blinking or sometimes becomes solid blue, but never amber as described in the reset procedure. And since I cannot connect to the extender, I cannot attemp a reset from within the software. I can only conclude that this extender has failed and needs to be replaced.
I sent in a request for hardware replacement and was issued a support case number #45467704. So far no one has comtacted me about this and I cannot find the case on the Netgear wensite to see if any action is being take. How can I contact a support person to get assistance in replacing my EX7500?
