My Extenders Say Password is Wrong

I have 2 WN300 extenders and neither will let someone else login to them.  They work fine with my laptop but not with my wifes ipad, and it's very annoying when we have guests.  They both say the password is wrong.  I have used the numbers printed on the extenders, both the pin and the MAC.  I have gone to mywifiext.com to try to change the password, but it tells me the original password is wrong.  I have tried resetting both of them.  Any ideas?

Hi Darren--

How does one do that?  I'm using the WPS pin as a password.  I don't see anything about WPA.

Ok if you are using WPS then it should be the one listed on the Advanced wireless settings page. If not have you tried to use your main routers password to connect?

Re: My Extenders Say Password is Wrong

Dannen--

That did it!!  I used the password for the router and now the extenders work.  Obviously, I never thought, or would have thought of that. Thank you very much for your help.
