My WiFi Range Extender isn’t working

At this point I can’t even access anything with this extended. Every time I use its network. And go to, for an example, Safari. It just says that I’m not connected to the servers even though I have full bars. I tried rebooting, and turning off and on, but nothing seems to fix the problem. Also, only the 2.4GHz led light is the only one on, but I’m able to use the 5GHz one, and sometimes the 2.4GHz SSID doesn’t even pop up. I have no clue what’s going on, and I need help.
