My netgear AC750 wifi range extnder model EX3700 flashes green for the on button
When I plug in the unit the on signal is amber then goes to flashing green and never turns fully green
I can not get the WPS to start flashing
what is wrong
Thanks
I tried a reboot, and that did not help. NetGear is sending me a replacement as this one is not working

A blinking power button usually indicates a firmware issue.
Have you tried a factory reset? Push and hold reset for up to 30 seconds while its powered on.
If that doesn't work, you can try using tftp to recover it.
are you on windows? if so, follow this guide
https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTP
just make sure you enable tftp
https://www.thewindowsclub.com/enable-tftp-windows-10
and here's a video walk through.

and if that doesn't work, you can try using nmrpflash
