N300 - Reach devices connected to range extender
Hi
I have connected an N300 range extender to the dgn3500 router. When I try to ping from devices connected to the range extender to devices connected to the router I don't encounter any problem, while I am not able to do the opposite.
Looking at the attached devices on the router, I am not able to see any of the devices connected to the range extender, so probably the router is not able to route the packets through the range extender to its connected devices.
How can I ping/ssh devices connected to the range extender?
Thanks
Fabio

Re: N300 - Reach devices connected to range extender
Hello Fabs
Have you added the MAC address of the extender to the wireless allow list of the router?

Re: N300 - Reach devices connected to range extender
Hi DarrenM,
I have checked the router and the setup seemed ok. I have no MAC filtering.
Now I see the PC also on the router, and I am able to ping back devices after the Range Extender. I still haven't understood what happened; anyway up to now it's ok. I will check again in next days...
Thanks
