N600 3400v2 connected but no internet! Help please!
I purchased this unit yesterday to replace an old Linksys wrt54g that just was too old to connect to my nook color and hp printer. At this point, I am going to return the unit to Staples I am so frustrated! The issue:
I can never get consistent internet access and even though the 3 laptops we have (one mac book and 2 windows 7 units - one HP and one Acer). I have a 5 bar signal to the router and either get 'no internet access' or I have internet access but cannot open any pages because of a DNS error.
I have spoken to customer service twice and both times while we were reviewing the settings, the internet just started working. Then, once I shut the laptop down for the night, and re power up the same thing starts all over again. I have wasted so much time on this, I am very frustrated. If I can't get it fixed, I'll return it and get the Linksys. Any help anyone can provide will be greatly appreciated (btw, it is, miraculously, working for the moment, but I may get disconnected at any moment.) Thank you!

- I returned this to Staples and bought a competitors product (which I am connected to as I write this). Much easier set up and NO connection problems! No need for further assistance. Thank you!
