NETGEAR 4-stream WiFi mesh extender ax1800 network isn’t visible

During setup instructions on step 2, I cannot see the NETGEAR_EXT network to be able to connect and finish setup. I tired to move the extender right next to the router, but no change. 

Lights 1,3 &4 turn green. Light 2, which is router link LED switches back and forth from off to red. 

Any ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated.

    what actual extender do you have? you put AX1800 in the title and EX6250 in the signature. 

    What router is it connected to? 

    did you ever hit the WPS button? 

    You can try a factory reset. Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on. That should get you back to the defaults.
