NETGEAR STOP IGNORING EX6120 5GHZ INTERNET ISSUES!
NETGEAR I have both a trouble ticket and a discussion open here regarding the EX6120 not passing the Internet connection through on the 5Ghz band.
Looking back through 2-years of Community posts on this same issue, not a single one of them has a resolution.
I am currently on my third EX6120 and it is clear this is a software issue and not a hardware one.
You HAVE to know this is a problem and should do ALL of the following:
- STOP selling this as a dual-band Extender. If it only passes the 2.4Ghz channel then it's not dual band
- STOP charging people to ship back a "defective" unit for another "defective" replacement (remember, this is my 3rd unit)
- START trying to figure out why your own products don't work together (I have a NightHawk R7000 router)
- START giving people full refunds until you can fix this problem.
Until then, I will be spamming the mess out of you on Social Media until I get a resolution on my problem.
