Re: NETGEAR ex7000 internet dies randomly anywhere connected by extender
Hi @Jambadger,
Welcome to the community!
1. What is the firmware version of the extender?
2. Does the issue persist with your other devices?
3. Is the extender setup in extender mode or access point mode?
4. Have you tried resetting the extender?
Regards,
Dexter

Re: NETGEAR ex7000 internet dies randomly anywhere connected by extender
Especially the "latest" 1.0.1.78 firmware (which does inherit major changes like "mesh" functionality) appears to be cumbersome. Certain wireless devices (many macOS and iOS, but some Windows and other OS clients) either don't associate at all, or randomly fail to communicate. The only resolution for now is to revert to an earlier firmware available on EX7000 Downloads -> Previous versions. In case you had done config changes, or experience issues after rolling back to 1.0.0.66, you might consider a factory reset and reconfigure it from scratch.
