What router is it connected to?
What firmware is on it?
Did you set it up via wps or the installation wizard?
Current setup: CM2000-> RBE973S-> Trendnet TEG-S380-> GS716T-> pi-hole
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80
1.4gig download/100mbps upload from Xfinity

Re: Neatgear EX6250-100NAS Connects to wifi in home but devices don't connect to extender
Hi sassiegirl,
Good day!
Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
Thank you for reaching us out. Is there any error message when you connect the laptop and printer to the extender's network? Are you using the One WiFi name feature?
Please do not hesitate to let me know if you need further assistance.
Regards,
Oliver
