Net gear AX1800

Hi I’m not Tech Savvy and have purchased the Netgear Wi-Fi 6 AX1800 I’ve downloaded the Nighthawk App and followed prompts on my iPhone - it found the extender then when asked for Wi-Fi password it says incorrect I’ve done this multiple times but it won’t accept it and I know it’s correct? Any help step by step would be greatly appreciated! Tia.

1. AX1800 is a speed, not a model. What model did you buy? 

2. were you setting up using wps? If so, try factory resetting the extender and setting it up using the installation assistant and NOT wps. 

3. what router are you connecting it to?
