Net gear extender

Question

Please can anyone help. &nbsp;Installed the above extender and followed the instructions to connect to secure network as an extension. &nbsp;Worked perfectly yesterday when we set up. &nbsp;Today the network extension shows twice but trying to connect to either I am asked for password. &nbsp;When the password for router is entered message says incorrect password. &nbsp;Have tried factory reset and enter generic password "password" and get the same message of incorrect password. &nbsp;TV is working OK but can no only connect to internet with iPad and iPhone if in the same room as the router. &nbsp;The router is NOWTV. &nbsp;Have been trying for hours to get it to work. &nbsp;Must admit NOWTV WiFi is useless and in desperation have arranged to go back to Sky but will be 2 weeks for change over. &nbsp;Any advice gratefully received&nbsp;Thanks in advance

what router do you have?&nbsp;You have the EX2700 that you're trying to setup?&nbsp;might be better to post in the extender section and not router section:&nbsp;https://community.netgear.com/t5/WiFi-Range-Extenders-Nighthawk/bd-p/home-wifi-range-extendersWhat firmware is on the ex2700?Have you tried installing it using the installation assistant and not using wps?&nbsp;
