NetGear AC1900 [Model EX6400] is interrupted when my Panasonic microwave runs

I have a NetGear AC1900 [aka Model EX6400] wireless wifi extender

I have two TV's attached to it, and it is in the kitchen along with my Panasonic NN-SC73LS microwave oven.

Whenever I operate my microwave for more than 20 seconds, the streaming to my televisions is interrupted.  The larger TV [Samsung 55" with a Roku 4K+] is attached to the 5G attachment.  The smaller VISIO TV is attached to the 2G attachment. The streaming on both TV's is interrupted when the microwave runs.

What do you suggest?  Is there firmware for the NetGear AC1900 that needs to be upgraded?

Try changing the wireless channel? 
If it still has issues, i'd recommend changing that microwave as it shouldn't be emitting on those channels
