NetGear WiFi Range Extender

Hi I have the wifi range extender and both mine and my daughters phones don’t connect to it saying incorrect password but will connect with the same “incorrect” password on my sons ipad?! How do I fix this please? It was all fine before I had to reset main modem as they are doing work outside on the lines

What model range extender do you have? 

What Mfr and model# main host router do you have? 

Factory reset the NG extender and set it up from scratch again with the main host router.
