Netgear AC1450 Router Problem

Hello friends,

I'm using the Netgear AC1450 Router and there are times when the Internet LED will go off and then I have no internet. When I go to diagnose it, it always says something along the lines of "There is no Ethernet cable plugged into the Router Internet Port". But the thing is, there is, nothing was touched. Then I checked internet coming from modem and yes indeed, there was internet. I've went into the Router settings and there is no blocks or schedules or any of that. I've reseted both router and modem and I guess to no avail. Can you guys give me all possible options please!! Thank you for your time!

  • Your computer, is it a wired computer or a wireless computer? If wired, then please try with different Ethernet ports and cables. Also try with different computer and observe the connection. If the computer is wireless, then check for any device which could interfere the wireless network of your router, also make sure the router is having the latest firmware update
