Netgear AC2200 Nightawk X4 WiFi Mesh Extender Model EX7300v2

Hi everyone.

My device: Netgear AC2200 Nightawk X4 WiFi Mesh Extender Model EX7300v2 

I can't launch the MY  WIFIEXT .  NET page after I did the factory reset, despite I'am able to connect to the NETGEAR_EXT wifi and the device led is green.

What should I do?

try factory resetting it 1 more time. 

push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on. 

then direct connect a pc/laptop to it via the ethernet port. Disable the wireless on the pc/laptop you connect so it doesn't default back to the wireless. 

Try that method of install
