I received a new modem from spectrum and now it seems the router isn’t working. None of my devices connect to WiFi. If I connect directly to the modem the internet is working. Why did the router stop working? Please help

without knowing more its hard to help. 

1. what modem did spectrum give you? (model number)

2. what firmware is on your router?

3. have you tried a factory reset and re-install? anytime you change modems/services, its a good idea to start over with factory settings.
