Netgear ex6100v2 - says i have more than one wifi extender on the network
Hello,
I logged into mywifi.net earlier today and was successful. When i logged in it said there was new firmware so i hit the button to update it. The device did it's thing and updated but when i reconnected and tried to log back into mywifi.net i'm unable to log in. It doesn't come up with an error but i get a message saying:
You have more than one WiFi Range Extender in the network. Please select the extender that you want to login.
There is a box underneath the sentance which has the following:
# IP Address MAC Address Device Name
however no devices are listed and i can't select anything it's just a blank white page.
i only have one extender which is the EX6100v2 so not sure why it says i have more than one wifi range extender.
i have connection to the internet and can browse but for some reason can't access mywifi.net anymore after the firmware update. I have confirmed that i am connected to the wifi extender.
I've tried the following but with no success:
1. reboot
2. tried logging in using the IP address of the extender - no success
3. turned of the extender and turned it back on - tried to access mywifi.net no success
4. cleared browsing history and cache - no success
Thanks for your help in advance

Re: Netgear ex6100v2 - says i have more than one wifi extender on the network
Have you tried factory resetting the extender and reinstalling it?
That's the first thing I try after a firmware update and issues.
Simply push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on.
the follow the install guide.
