Netgear pr2000 trek sees WPA/WPA2 network as WEP
Net gear pr2000 trek EUS
Have been using this successfully as repeater or AP until now.
ISSUE
When trying to setup in wireless repeater mode, WiFi scan is only showing the SSID of the available wireless as WEP only. I have confirmed that the router is in WPA/2 mode by connecting directly, inssider scan and by looking at routers firmware configuration. Router is TPLINK TL-MR3220
TESTING
Factory reset my net gear pr2000, tried manually enter ssid/wpa mode, setup android hotspot I. WPA2 and confirmed pr2000 sees this OK

Hello Roflcopter
We have a new firmware coming out for the PR2000 by the end on Q1 which could help with some of your issues.
