Open Case # 41345526

 

on NETGEAR website and trying to get to live chat.  At the bottom of the support page I get “complimentary support expired 2019-07-27”. Today’s date is 2019-06-09.  The page does not offer the option to click for live chat,

 

how can can I get to live chat?

The trouble and time spent trying to find "live chat" and the 2 horrible experiences on "live support"  was enough for me.  I returned the hardware.  Going to another brand.  Hopefully the experience will be less of a hassle.
