Netgear wont replace my item or respond to my posts on the support page!
I got an extender in November that isnt working ALREADY and Netgear absolutely won't respond to my technical support/case DESPITE my pleas for my business.
They keep hanging up on me as their support number doesn't work and I cannot get through to anyone for the last week due to "high call volume". Yeah, I'm sure they are!
Do yourselves a favor and never purchase from this company, as I will be replacing all netgear products for my home and business on principle alone.
This isn't about the stupid extender, this is about how they deliberately ignore customers with a problem.
AVOID PURCHASING NETGEAR PRODUCTS BECAUSE THEY DONT HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES AND EXPECT TO EXORT MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU FOR THEIR INEPT SERVICES.

well, the community support forum is just members of the public helping out.
We're not netgear.
So if you want to see if you can get your device back up and running we're willing to help.
Even if its to sell it and buy new equipement, at least you'll recoup some of your loss.
What actual issue is the device having?
What have you done to try to fix it?
What firmware is on it?
What router/gateway are you connecting it to?

Which number did you call? Avoid anything that you found with a web search. That is highly unlikely to be Netgear.
