Network Extender Password Problem

I have just purchased an AC750 network extender.  I have configured using WPS and can see both the 2.4 and 5 EXT networks, but when I try to join them, it asks for a password and it does not recognise the password for the original network.  Can you help please?

You may want to log back into the extender and try changing the password.
