Network extender

Was wondering if there is a extender that you can plug in a Ethernet cable and then it puts out a wifi signal. Cause the room I'm trying to get wifi threw doesn't get good signal the wifi now has to go there concrete walls so I figure if I put signal in the room it will work much better.
