Night hawk R7000P, able to make calls from remote headset but not receive calls. Help Please!!

I purchased the netgear night hawk R7000P when I started working from home remotely. I can call out on my headset but can't receive calls. I just need to know what else to purchase to help extend my wifi to work properly. There isn;t a phone number to call just to get an answer to purchase more netgear. Please reply ASAP as this is interfering with my job.

modem/gateway connecting to?

what "headset" is having the issues because usually its a device that makes the calls (phone/tablet/etc) and not the headset. 

What have you tried doing to fix the issue.
