Nighthawk AC2200 (EX7700) unable to connect to changed Wi-Fi hub.
I have had no problems for 18 months until the internet provider changed the Wi-Fi hub. Now I am having trouble reconnecting nighthawk to the new Wi-Fi I have tried everything. Do I have to buy a new nighthawk?

Re: Nighthawk AC2200 (EX7700) unable to connect to changed Wi-Fi hub.
While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
WiFi Range Extenders & Nighthawk Mesh - NETGEAR Communities
You might like to search there for messages related to your problem.
I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message.
In the meantime you could visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
Check for various troubleshooting tips.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.

What did they change it from and what replaced it?
The first thing to try is to reset the EX7700 and set it up from scratch.

Virgin media upgraded my hub3 to hub4 for an increased number of antennae (7). I have brought it back to factory reset but it is not picking up the new internet link.

It is a bad idea to post serial numbers and Mac addresses on a public forum.
I have removed them for the sake of your security,
What do you mean by "it is not picking up the new internet link"?
You have been through the setup process for the EX7700?
What happens when you do it?
Any error messages?
Did you use WPS?
If so try using the browser graphical user interface (GUI).
