Nighthawk App not detecting

Hi,

  I just got a Nighthawk X4S Tri-Band Mesh Extender ( AC2200 ). I have an iPhone IOS16 with the NightHawk App. I set up the router and can see both Ext WiFi connections. But the app isn't detecting the device. Any suggestions?

    If you're using the app, make sure its connected to one of the extenders networks. 

    Otherwise you can simple log into the extender through its ip address using the browser.

      Thank you for the reply back. Yes, I'm on the 5GEXT and still got nothing.

        Might just be how the router is directing traffic. Wouldn't be the first time that caused issues. Try logging into the router and looking at its attached devices page (or equivalent) and find what IP address it assigned to the extender. You can use that to connect to it and manage it versus the app.
