Nighthawk EX 7300v2 no response, won't reset, LEDs all lit up like never before!
Our building lost power for about an hour the other day, which happens maybe three or four times a year , usually with no subsequent problems. This time however when the power came back on I had no internet through my EX 7300. I immediately noticed that instead of my usual three green connection LEDs I had three very bright orange icons and two very bright blue arrow icons. I tried to reconnect, no luck, and the unit won't even factory reset so I could reinstall from the beginning... these LEDs don't blink or flash, just sit there. Any suggestions or am I looking at a well lit brick?
Windows 11; TP Link Archer 8 router upstairs, Netgear Nighthawk downstairs connected to same network, my desktop computer connected via ethernet to Nighthawk. No previous problems with setup whatsoever.

You can try recovering it with tftp or nmrpflash.
are you on windows? if so, follow this guide
https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTP
just make sure you enable tftp
https://www.thewindowsclub.com/enable-tftp-windows-10
and here's a video walk through using a tftp client. Use the built in one for windows 10 though. the video is more of an example of how its done.

and if that doesn't work, you can try using nmrpflash
