Nighthawk EX8000 Maximum Throughput Turns On and Off
I currently own a Pro Gaming Netgear Nighthawk XR500 with a Netgear Extender EX8000. All of the LED Features work with my extender, I like all the features but one. The "Maximum Throughput LED White Light Turns Off." I'll be playing Minecraft or Call of Duty Modern Warfare (2019) and all internet shuts off. In turn, my devices connceted to it lose internet connectivity while its off. After a few minutes it turns itself back on and internet is restored. It does this at least 6-7 times maybe even more. It's begining to become fustrating cause it an ongoing thing.

and I have already called customer support. I have factory reset my extender told by the customer support provider and downgraded the firmware and none of these seem to help because I'm still getting the same problem.
