Nighthawk M1- no wifi visible to connect to
Hi
From one day to the next did the wifi network from my Nighthawk MR1100 did not show up anymore on my iPhone SE or my Laptop (Lenovo L480) wifi list. The only thing I did the day before was too purchase more data for the my data sim card but that shouldn't matter.
I reset the device but it still doesnt show on the wifi list. Without being connected, I cannot enter http://m1login.net to see the message the device says I have. The mobile app from Netgear does not detect the device either. So I can't do any sort of setup which the device is asking me to do: 'setup required' please use the netgear app or visit http://m1login.net to complete the setup.
I can see on the homescreen of my nighhawk device that the data network with my provider is working. So it's not that problem.
Can anyone help me? I'm quite frustrated and don't know how to proceed.
Cheers

and if it works make sure IP Passthrough isn't enabled.

Re: Nighthawk M1- no wifi visible to connect to
Please provide the SKU name of your device.
You can connect the device to your laptop using the USB cable shipped with the device. Then you should be able to log in to WebUI to check whther WiFi was turned off.
Thanks

Re: Nighthawk M1- no wifi visible to connect to
I connected to the Laptop via usb cable and it shows the connection and I can go into the setup. However the internet connection is super slow and not the speed it was.
Further I can still not see any wifi network. And I don't know what I can change in the setting to make the wifi work again?

Re: Nighthawk M1- no wifi visible to connect to
SKU: MR1100-100EUS
Model: MR1100-100
SN: 5D6285NF004BD
When I go into m1login.net, I can see that the settings look normal. Wifi is on dual and nothing seems out of place or 'unclicked'.
I reseted it as well through the browser to factory settings and nothing changed afterwards.

Re: Nighthawk M1- no wifi visible to connect to
settings - setup - wireless
then check if hiding SSID is marked remove the mark and it will work.
Also check
settings - setup - Mobile Router Setup
and make sure the IP Passthrough is off and the turn off wifi when tethering is not marked.
Hope this will solve your problem

Re: Nighthawk M1- no wifi visible to connect to
Could you please try using different simple SSID names for Main and secondary WiFi?
