Nighthawk Mesh MK63 Hardwiring

I have seen comments about hard wiring the MK63 Router to Satellite, my question is, can you connect 2 x Satellites together or does each need to go to the router? My problem is the Router would be at the front of the house, a Satellite in the basement to the rear of the house and a further Satellite at the end of my 50+ meter garden. Ideally I would like to connect the Satellite in the basement to the Satellite at the end of the garden.
