Nighthawk R700P my 2.4 and 5.0 buttons are off. Don’t know how to fix that. Please gelp

This morning I moved my router and modem and must have inadvertently touched something. My modem is working my router power and Internet reception button are both on but the 2.4 GHz and the 5.0 GHz lights do not come on. Can someone help me?

There's a wifi on/off button. Push and hold it for 2 seconds.
