Nighthawk X4 R7500 AC2350 Smart WiFi Route
I have the speed 250/100. Can you get that speed (250) out of the lan with r7500 nighthawk? As it is now I only get 100/100 on the lan.

what modem is it connected to?
have you checked your cable? make sure to have a cat5e or > cable.
firmware on your router?
are you using qos? if so disable it and reboot.
what device are you testing speed on? is it gigabit capable? make sure you're testing over hardwired connection to.
