Nighthawk app is asking me to Reconnect and can't find router

Nighthawk app is asking me to Reconnect and it can't find the router. It worked fine (purchase Jan 2022) up till about 2 weeks ago and kept on asking to Reconnect. I reset the extender... 

Product EAX15, AX1800 4 Stream WiFi 6 Mesh Extender

...all was fine until a few minutes then it asks to Reconnect again.

Here is the thing the extender works all the lights are green. I'm getting WIFI in the area but the App is not working on the iPhone 12, iOS 15.5 

I really don't know what the issue could be. Unless is on Netgear side.

Does anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it. Thanks

Turn OFF WiFi Private IP Address and make sure Local Network is enabled for the NH app as well on the iPhone.
